  2. What’s the point of this policy?
    1. This Privacy and Cookies Policy contains important information about how we use your Personal Data and store cookies.
    2. It tells you what to expect when we collect personal information from users of our website/services. Please only use our website/services if you agree with this policy. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions for using our services, which can be found here.

    1. To provide you with services where it is necessary to take steps at your request to enter into a contract with you and/or to perform such a contract. This applies to Personal Data such as initial enquiries and account, contact, and transaction information.
    2. To send you marketing communications about our similar products/services, to send “abandoned cart” emails to remind you of your cart and invite you to complete your purchase, and to manage and improve our service, including tracking usage patterns and preventing or detecting fraud or abuse. This applies to Personal Data such as contact details, automated usage data, and surveys and feedback.

  6. How long do we keep personal information?
    1. Until such time when you request that your Personal Data be erased by emailing us or when our contract with you has ended. You can end the contract as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
    2. If the erasure or restriction you request results in us not having the requisite Personal Data to continue providing you our services, we may have to terminate any contract or relationship we have with you.
    3. We may nonetheless hold on to some (or all) of your Personal Data for longer if reasonably needed for legal, regulatory, or tax reasons, to deal with disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and/or enforce our Terms and Conditions.
    4. We will keep your Personal Data that we use only for newsletters or other marketing until such time where your consent is withdrawn.

    1. Your personal information which we collect is stored within Singapore and is not transferred to any other countries except as follows.
    2. Your Personal Data (e.g., name, contact details, IP address, browsing information) may be transferred outside Singapore (generally to the US) by companies that provide us with hosting, e-commerce, analytics, advertising, app admin, email distribution, social media, and other services. If so, we will ensure that there is a legal basis to do so and will put appropriate safeguards in place to ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data.
  9. What rights do you have with respect to your Personal Data?
    1. In accordance with the legal requirements: To ask us for access to your Personal Data, to rectify it if there are mistakes, to delete it or restrict its use in certain circumstances or to “data portability” or to withdraw any consent you have given to us (e.g., for marketing).

  10. Protection of Personal Data
    1. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that your Personal Data is protected. This includes measures to prevent Personal Data from getting lost, used, or accessed without authorisation.
    2. We will implement the appropriate measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against unauthorised loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure, as well as any breach or attempted breach of your Personal Data.
    3. Nevertheless, you acknowledge that transmission of Personal Data via the Internet is not completely secure and that any transmission remains at your own risk. We will do our best to protect your Personal Data, but we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted through any online means.
